Delivery and returns
We aim to dispatch all orders on the first day of business after your
payment is received, However this may not always be possible. For cheque payments orders will not be dispatched until cheques have cleared.
Whilst we endeavour to keep our online store as up-to date as possible,
there may be items that are out of stock when we receive your order. We do
not currently operate a backorder system - if an item is out of stock at the
time you order, you will need to re-order at a later date.
We try our best to ensure that the packaging we use protects your papers and
embellishments, etc., and always send goods out in pristine condition.
However, we cannot accept liability for items damaged in transit. In this
instance, you must contact the post office. It is useful if you photograph
visibly damaged packaging before opening.
Goods that are faulty or not as described can, of course, be returned.
Please contact us for a return authorisation number. We cannot accept the
return of goods that you simply don't like.
Please Note that there is a minimum order value of £5 excluding carriage.
Your use of the online store signifies your acceptance of our full terms and
conditions.
Postage is currently £3 for all UK orders and £6 for European and International Orders
